These Photonis Commercial RNVG are built and ready to ship with no lead time! These units are equipped with green phosphor Photonis commercial intensifiers. We were fortunate enough to be offered these image tubes from Photonis Defense as part of limited run purchase opportunity and as a result are able to offer them at a significant discount. Commercial grade tubes are tubes which did not meet Mil-Spec adherence for one or more reasons. These may include: spot specification, performance specification (though these all have excellent performance numbers), power use, photocathode coloration, output window cosmetic imperfection, or other aspects which would result in not meeting Mil-Spec tolerance. Overall, these devices offer an incredible value in cost to performance.
Tube images were captured while on the Hoffman ANV-126A viewing the spot target/reticle and may not reflect all cosmetic aspects; pepper, lighting, shadows, shades, bright spots, etc. Devices will feature standard PVS-14 pattern lenses.

We build our devices using our suite of in house state of the art equipment, including the Hoffman Engineering ANV-126A Test Set and HVS Vision System. The same equipment tube manufacturers such as Elbit Systems of America and L3Harris Technologies use. This allows us to remove any subjectivity in assembly and maintain the absolute highest degree of precision possible. What this equates to is a device built to an exceeding degree of quality and to exacting standards.
The RNVG (Ruggedized Night Vision Goggle) is at the top of its class in durability and ruggedness. Any user familiar with a PVS-14 will find the controls to be intuitive. The switch and focusing functions are identical to the PVS-14. The switch has 3 positions: Off, On, and On with IR illuminator. The RNVG has IR signaling capability. As a safety feature the switch knob must be pulled out to turn the IR illuminator on and a red indicator light appears in the viewing plane to alert the user that the illuminator is on.
