The Nocturn Industries Talon is the next evolution of the modern night vision monocular - engineered for users who demand maximum performance with minimum weight. Built around a cutting-edge carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite housing, the Talon delivers exceptional durability while weighing nearly 50% less than a traditional PVS-14 platform. Designed, machined, molded, and assembled in the USA, the Talon combines ultralight ergonomics with professional-grade functionality for serious night vision applications.

Unlike conventional monocular systems, the Talon features an intuitive single-knob control interface that streamlines operation under stress. Power, manual gain adjustment, onboard IR illumination, and brightness settings are all controlled through one tactile rotary system for fast, seamless use in complete darkness. The adjustable onboard IR illuminator, low battery indicator, and configurable auto-off functionality provide a refined user experience built for real-world field conditions.

At only 53 grams in its CR123A configuration, the Talon dramatically reduces head worn fatigue without compromising compatibility or ruggedness. Fully compatible with standard PVS-14 optics, J-arm mounts, and MX-11769 image intensifier tubes, it integrates effortlessly into existing night vision setups while offering a more advanced, lightweight platform. The interchangeable pod system also allows compatibility across the Talon and Raptor ecosystem for future scalability.

Built to exceed demanding operational standards including IP68+ and MIL-STD-810H benchmarks, the Talon is engineered for reliability in harsh environments. Whether for professional use, training, hunting, security, or advanced recreational applications, the Talon represents the forefront of ultralight night vision technology. Backed by DARQ Industries’ reputation for quality assembly and customer support within the night vision community, the Talon stands out as one of the most refined monocular systems available today.
